Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Giltwish store and when you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email your order confirmation. Prices and shipping amounts are shown in US dollars in your cart and at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we refund anything you paid.
Free pieces and the box
Jewelry and accessory pieces are free. They ship in a box of at least 3 pieces: $40.00 shipping for a box of 3, and $9.99 shipping for each piece after the third. Orders of 1 or 2 pieces are not possible. If one is placed, we cancel and refund it in full.
Gift box
A gift box is a paid extra ($4.95) that ships only with a box of pieces. It cannot be bought on its own. If every piece is removed from a cart, the gift box is removed too.
Optional extras
A gift box, shipping protection and a tip are optional. Each is added only if you choose it, none is selected for you, and none adds shipping.
Tips
A tip is optional and goes to our small team. Tips are not refundable.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection ($3.00) covers a replacement if your order is lost, stolen or damaged on the way. To make a claim, contact us from the Contact page within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, for a damaged order, a photo. It does not cover an incorrect address entered at checkout, or an order marked delivered to the correct address where the carrier confirms delivery.
Product details
We describe each piece by what you can see in its photos and its tone. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Materials are listed only once our supplier confirms them.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
