Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong pieces
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us from the Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not need to send anything back.

Change of mind
Every piece in your box is free, so there is no item price to refund for a piece. The box shipping covers packing and delivering your box and is not refunded on a change of mind.

Gift box
A gift box is refunded at the price you paid if it arrives damaged, or if your order is canceled before it ships.

Tips and shipping protection
Tips are optional and are not refundable. Shipping protection is refundable only if your order is canceled before it ships.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process a refund it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
